Hmm. Oh why do I enjoy the amazingly satisfying and orgasmic moment of getting my teeth in sugary, brownish, fatty PIZZA, sweetbuns, chocolate, chips, you name it..I’m propably even SMILING more than when biting at colorful crunchy vegetables, silly-shaped fruits and spongy berries?! I eat a lot, I mean like a horse!
I’ve been told that “I’M A FAT PERSON THAT HIJACKED SKINNY PERSON’S BODY”.
Yup I’m stuffing my face with JUNK food on a weekly basis, but at least I walk a lot and eat greens every day whilst there are people in UK, at Europe’s fattest nation; that hmm sit at office or home front of telly, watching Mythbusters, Emmerdale, Premier League Football, yet refuse to eat anything other than cheese, yes just CHEESE, for their whole adult life!!..or Wotsits!..of course the winner is Big Mac!! There are people that have never eaten a tomato..never ever!
And not because they are allergic, apparently they just don’t like the texture??!
A lot of these people are actually very thin, sometimes too skinny. And because they are not getting any nutrients, their complexion is pale, almost greyish, just like if you smoke.
Being skinny definitely doesn’t mean you are healthy, look at the starving people around the world..did you know your organs store several kilo’s of fat around them?! Fat that is not visible outside! This type of fatness is most common amongst office workers and youth that spend their life online. Organ fat is far more dangerous than having big thighs, and you can actually be “the fattest” in your workplace or class even when you look super-skinny! Therefore HOW YOU LOOK INSIDE matters more than what’s on outside!
So as we know or unlike the world of haute couture and fashion suggests, the focus shouldn’t be in how much or little you eat or weight but whether you are eating RAINBOW food and moving enough, not by car, by using your own muscles. Movement helps to pumb out toxins (including fat) and renew your BLOOD, out with the old, in with the new!
Tip: If you feeling sluggish eat raw GINGER, GARLIC and CHILLI or any other stimulating food to kick-start your metabolism, these incredients clean your blood and also keep flu and bad bacteria away! Use the wisdom of angient civilisations!
Next time you feel like looking at the mirrow or scale, forget it. It doesnt tell you what you need to know regarding your health, besides muscles weight more anyway..In fact, as an athlete, at fittest my fat percentage was 14%, with massive six pack. However, I weighted 64 kilos, standing at 5’4 (163cm) so if you would’ve looked at “recommended hight versus weight ratio” I was 5 kilos overweight, but probs ran 400m 10s faster than being -5 kilos..so rather than worrying over your weight, analyse how energetic you’re feeling, open your cupboards & fridge to see if you can jumpstart your body with Daily 5.
